Our white selection:

• Anjou Blanc Mozaïk This is our largest production. The wine is a blend of grapes grown on the slopes of the Loire, in the heart of the Layon on schistes terroir and from Saumur on limestone. Vinified in neutral oak barrels and a 60 hl oak tank, this wine is available in screw caps or corks.

• Coteaux du Layon 4 Vents Wine made from 50 % botrytis grapes, this is a blend of terroirs mainly on schistes. With 110 grams of sugar and a bright acidity on the finish, a well balanced sweet wine.
